OptingIn Counseling

 We believe counseling is an investment in your life, in your relationships and in your future. We also believe that you deserve ultimate privacy for your most vulnerabe thoughts and feelings. 

Insurance

 

 

At OptingIn Counseling, we want to create a space where you can share your thoughts worry about your privacy. With that in mind, we do not file/ accept insurance. 

 

We do accept HSA card payments.

Fees

  • Individual 50 min. session                      $140
  • Couple 50 min session                            $150
  • Double Counselor 60 min. session        $200

 

Session Policies

 

  • Psychotherapy sessions are 50-55 minutes in length, and all sessions must begin within 15 minutes of the appointment time.

  • Clients must be in a private, quiet space when participating in tele-therapy sessions.

  • Clients must physically be in the state of Texas during session time to receive tele-therapy services.

  • Please cancel/reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Clients will be responsible for the entire session fee if canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.

  • All clients are required to have payment on file.

  • Payment is expected at the time of treatment. If payment is not received within 30 days, the therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy.
